Hove is built on integrity. All agencies must meet our standards to list on the platform.
License Verification
All agencies must hold a valid domestic staffing license in their operating jurisdiction. Hove verifies these credentials during onboarding and conducts annual renewal checks.
Document Standards
Partner documents must meet ISO authentication standards. Passport scans must be high-resolution, unaltered, and within the validity period. AI flags any discrepancies automatically.
Cross-Border Compliance
Agencies placing workers across national borders must comply with destination-country work visa requirements. Hove provides jurisdiction-specific compliance checklists.
Incident Reporting
Agencies are required to report any partner misconduct, fraud attempts, or safety incidents within 48 hours. Failure to report may result in account suspension.
