Hove uses artificial intelligence across its platform to improve matching accuracy, enhance safety, and streamline operations. This policy explains how AI is used, what data it processes, and how users retain control.
Hove uses AI for partner-family compatibility matching across skills, language, integrity scores, and cultural preferences; multilingual bio generation for domestic partners; identity document verification; daily task scheduling via the AI Intent Bar; and fraud and anomaly detection.
AI models process profile information (skills, experience, preferences), uploaded documents for verification, communication patterns for compliance monitoring, and rating history for Trust Index calculation. All data is processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
AI decisions are advisory, not final. All identity verifications are reviewed by licensed agency staff. Dispute resolutions involve human arbitrators at every tier. Users can appeal any AI-influenced outcome through our support team.
Users may opt out of AI-generated bio publication, AI-assisted task scheduling, and compatibility scoring visibility. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@jch.hk. Note that opting out of core matching AI may limit platform functionality.
For questions about our AI usage, data processing, or to exercise your rights under this policy, please contact our Data Protection team at info@jch.hk or reach us through the Contact page.
